When you Arrive:

  • Please either send us a text or give us a call to let us know you have arrived. The door is usually locked to ensure safety of the practitioner and client that are in the building.

  • If you arrive early, please be patient with us being able to answer your call or text message as we might possibly still be preparing the space for your arrival.

 When entering the building:

  • We will provide hand sanitizer for you to apply before and after your session if you would like but is not a requirement.

  • If you arrive at the office wearing gloves, we will ask you to kindly remove them for the duration of your visit.

  • We are no longer taking temperatures but, we do ask that you please remain at home if you are running a fever or are ill. We are relying on the honor system and expect clients to be respectful of the health of the provider and their family.

During your session:

  • Please feel free to chat during your service. We love knowing what is going on in your life as these conversations often lead us to finding the root cause of your pain. If you think of any relevant information that you might have left out before the start of the service, definitely speak up during the session.

  • At this time, we are no longer requiring the use of masks within the facility in accordance with local county and state guidelines. If this changes, we will of course let our clients know. If you wish to keep your mask on, we respect that choice as well. Our practice is keeping a close eye on things as they are constantly changing and we will always do what is in the best interest for our clients health by using the guidelines set in place by the Maryland Health Department and local county as well.

after your session:

  • Before exiting the treatment room, we have hand sanitizer available to those who would like it.

  • Once you come out of the room, we will be ready and waiting to process your payment as well as set up your next appointment!

  • We have set up touchless payment options for you and are still accepting cash. If you choose to bring cash, please bring the exact amount as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide change during this time.

Additional requests:

  • At this time, we ask that you leave all other family members at home and come alone to your appointment.
    **special circumstances do apply; reach out for more information if you are unable to leave a family member at home!

  • Please only bring essentials into your appointment such as your keys, method of payment, and phone.
